Holiday Route stores only what makes the app work: the organiser's name, email and scrambled password; trip names, dates, availability ticks, votes, plans, costs and who's-paid marks; and the first names friends type when they join. Friends never need an account.

We don't run ads, we don't use tracking or analytics cookies (the only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in or remember which trip participant you are), and we never sell or share your information with anyone.

Anyone with a trip's share link can see that trip — the same trust level as your group chat. Don't post share links publicly.

To have your account or a trip's data deleted, email admin@ahadfoods.co.uk and it will be removed promptly.

Holiday Route is operated by AHAD Foods Ltd, a UK limited company (the "data controller"). This page is written in plain English on purpose; it will grow into a formal policy as the product does, and we'll note it here if the operating company ever changes.
